Nisa has achieved “record growth” in member numbers in the financial year to date (28 February), bringing on board 214 new members, equating to over 420 stores.
This recruitment growth is up 7% year-on-year, has brought over £100m (annualised) of new business to the group, and is the highest recruitment figure in over 10 years.
Nisa has developed its recruitment marketing campaign and now features heavily in trade publications throughout the year, bringing the Nisa brand to the forefront of people’s minds. This has been supported through a trade marketing campaign which has seen the development of innovative and eye-catching marketing material, developed in partnership with Merceica, as well as the launch of a new recruitment website, www.join-nisa.com, which provides video testimonials from existing members.
