Who's that lurking is aisle 10 by the crisps?

A shoplifter perhaps? A bored old person looking to strike up a conversation?

No, it's a social worker, looking for chavs and telling them to put their kids into nursery. Well, according to the Daily Mail, that is.

Come to think of it, I think I saw some suspicious characters skulking around my local Asda in Swanley at lunchtime.
