Crystal ballsToday's Forum for the Future report looking at what the retail experience might look like in 2022, hailed by Tesco as a "valuable stepping stone towards a green revolution" - looks to me like something I wrote when I was 12 about what the world would look like in the year 2000. All that's missing is people riding around in flying cars and personalised jetpacks. Its authors, however, hail the report as a valuable tool to "help the retail sector develop future-proof strategies". If you ask me, it's all bollocks.
