Do Somerfield employees do anything else?

Somerfield has just lost an unfair dismissal claim and been forced to pay out £2,000 to a manager sacked for posting a video of his colleagues on YouTube.

Apparently, the clip showed one member of staff hitting another on the head with a plastic bag filled with other plastic bags.

Couldn't find the actual clip, but looking on YouTube it seems Somerfield will have its work cut out if it wants to sack anyone posting clips of themselves mucking about in the storeroom
