Walking to shops "damages environment"
Barmy story in The Times this week, claiming that walking to the shops does more damage to the environment than going by car Reminds me of the Woody Allen film Sleeper, where doctors 200 years in the future are amused to hear that we once considered deep fat, steak and cream pies to be unhealthy. "Precisely the opposite of what we now know to be true."
